Dream Center

Today I visited the Dream Center. A church building over fifty years old
had gone almost completely empty
is now filled with people
some needed a ride to get there...provided
some needed something to eat...provided
some needed someone to be glad to see them...provided
some needed to be reminded that God has not given up on them...provided
food for the hungry
counsel for the broken
teaching for guidance
worship for the soul
music that moves the spirit
hugs...smiles...encouragement...prayers

I was moved beyond words...

"Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world."
James 1:27
